Erdogan warns Israel about the recent airstrike on Gaza
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Israeli counterpart Isaac Herzog discussed the latest developments in Israel and Palestine and the tensions in the region in a phone call on Monday.
Erdogan warned that any action that causes mass or indiscriminate harm to the people of Gaza will only escalate the suffering and cycle of violence in the region.
The Turkish President further told Herzog that it is important to act with reason and reminded him that achieving lasting peace is of great importance for the well-being and prosperity of the entire region.
Erdogan also emphasized that Turkey’s efforts to end the conflicts in the region and ensure sustainable peace will continue.
