An Iranian has been arrested on charges of setting fire to an embassy in Paris

French police have arrested an Iranian man for setting fire to the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Paris three days ago

On Wednesday, September 21, the French news agency reported, citing an informed source, that the suspect is an Iranian citizen born in 1984

The source said that the accused was arrested on September 20 and is scheduled to appear before a judge for a speedy trial on Thursday

The embassy of the Islamic Republic in France was targeted in an attack early on September 18, during which the entrance to the consular section of the embassy was set on fire
