Lawyer Javad Rouhi’s death sentence has been overturned by Javad Rouhi’s defense lawyer.

Javad Rouhi’s defense lawyer announced the acceptance of his client’s case for review in the Supreme Court, as one of the detainees of 1401.

Majid Kaveh tweeted that with the wise decision and fair vote of the honorable deputy and advisor of the 9th branch of the Supreme Court, the request for Javad Rouhi’s sentence, which included three death penalties and other punishments, was accepted, and the verdict of Branch 1 of the Sari Revolutionary Court was overturned, and the case was sent back to the same branch for further review.
