Employees of Tehran Municipality Technology Organization went on strike

The employees of the Tehran Municipality’s Technology Organization have gone on strike.

Due to financial difficulties and the prevailing management process, including delays in annual benefits payments, the employees of the Tehran Municipality’s Technology Organization have stopped working and gone on strike.

This organization is of great importance due to its technological infrastructure for the municipality. As evidenced by the hacking incident in Khordad last year, many municipal affairs were disrupted and suspended.

The problems of this organization began when the son-in-law of the Tehran mayor entered the management of this complex and took charge of important decision-making. The lack of experience and unfamiliarity with the environment of this organization can lead to further management problems for the city.

It should be noted that the Tehran mayor is currently present in China, and the reason for this long-term trip is not clear as announced.
