With the recent agreement, 23 billion dollars of Iran’s assets have been released, of which 5 billion dollars are related to Iran’s assets in Japan.

Nasser Kanaani, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responded to a question regarding the claim made by Al Jazeera news network that 23 billion dollars of Iran’s assets have been released based on the obtained agreement, of which approximately 5 billion dollars are related to Iran’s assets in Japan. He addressed the questioning reporter by saying that he neither confirms the amount of 5 billion dollars nor any other mentioned figure.
