The 2024 Budget: A 50 Billion Budget for the Municipality to Establish a Moukeb

In the 2024 budget, the construction of a new Moukeb with a budget of 50 billion tomans is forecasted through the Behesht Zahra Organization.

Behrouz Sheikh Roodi, an urban economy expert, says about another Moukeb that the Tehran Municipality has on the Karbala route: We have a Moukeb in the Tehran Municipality, Moukeb Amood 707, which is located on the Najaf-Karbala route and was built in the fourth period through the Tehran Municipality’s Basij Organization, and its ownership belongs to the municipality.

According to him, the maintenance cost of this Moukeb was approved in the annual budgets.
