35% increase in medical tariffs

Dr. Saeed Karimi mentioned about the diagnostic and treatment tariffs of 1403, saying that today the medical tariffs have been announced by the First Deputy of the President and will be based on the legal framework of the year 1403.

He stated that some individuals had announced tariffs in the virtual space that do not have legal validity. Regarding the details of visit tariffs of physicians in 1403, he said that the visit fees in governmental, private, public non-governmental, and charity sectors are different. However, in the private sector where people mostly refer to, the visit tariffs for general physicians are 126,000 Tomans, specialist physicians 189,000 Tomans, subspecialist and fellowship physicians 241,000 Tomans, specialist in psychiatry 251,000 Tomans, and subspecialist in psychiatry 286,000 Tomans have been announced.

The Deputy of Treatment at the Ministry of Health also said that for surgical procedures and fee services, 101,000 Tomans have been considered for the private sector and full-time geographic members, and 30,000 Tomans for the public sector.

Karimi expressed gratitude for the government’s support for the 35% average increase in medical tariffs of 1403 compared to 1402, as there has been no history of a 35% increase in tariffs before.
