5% Commission for Brokers in the Asset Monetization Plan
The implementation of the asset monetization decision alone was accompanied by significant questions, and today, with the introduction of a 5% commission for brokers in the asset monetization plan, it has entered a new phase.
If 5% of the monetization is to be paid as commission to those who have sold national assets, it means that more than 5 trillion tomans have been allocated as commission for the auction of public properties.
Currently, in the budget under review for the year 2023, an income of 108 trillion tomans is forecasted for the asset monetization sector.
