7 million dollars in damages to CNG station operators
Mohsen Johari, President of the National CNG Association
By focusing on CNG without the government investing a single rial, it is possible to replace up to 20 million liters of gasoline daily.
Regarding the loss of profit due to the closure of CNG stations following a few days of shutdown caused by increased gas consumption in the country, he said
Before the recent closure, we had a daily loss of 7 million dollars because the daily reduction of 7 million cubic meters of CNG led to an increase in gasoline consumption equivalent to 7 million liters. In addition, significant damage was inflicted on CNG station operators due to the station closures, and we have requested the government to compensate for the damages incurred.
