America has sanctioned hundreds of companies in connection with the war in Ukraine.
The US Department of the Treasury announced on Thursday, April 22, that about 200 companies and entities in Russia, China, and other countries have been targeted with new sanctions for their cooperation and ties to Moscow in the invasion of Ukraine.
According to US officials, Moscow has been trying to circumvent the sanctions imposed against it by collaborating with Chinese companies and other countries.
In this regard, the US State Department also announced that more than 80 companies and entities have been sanctioned in connection with Russia’s war in Ukraine.
These sanctions are considered among the most extensive actions by the White House against those Chinese companies that have supported Russia’s war with Ukraine in various ways.
