The Islamic Republic of Iran supports the female students of Gaza.

The Deputy for Women and Family Affairs of the Iranian government said on Monday, 22nd of Aban, that the Islamic Republic supports the education of female students from Gaza in Iran. In the first step, three of them will receive symbolic scholarships at Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan.

However, Anisheh Khazali did not explain what is meant by symbolic scholarships, and did not provide further details in this regard. But she expressed hope that this initiative would expand to other universities.

While the Gaza Strip is under complete blockade by Israel, and only a few of its residents who have dual citizenship have been able to enter Egypt through the Rafah crossing, it is not clear how the Islamic Republic plans to select and provide scholarships to female students from this region.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency, she also considered attracting foreign students to Iran as a necessity and said that this initiative can be effective in transferring the Islamic Iranian culture to other countries.
