The Acting President in circulars addressed to the managers of executive bodies declared any promotional activities in favor of or against election candidates using any official or governmental resources as prohibited and considered it a criminal offense.

Mohammad Mukhber stated in circulars that according to Article 68 of the Presidential Election Law and its subsequent amendments, any promotional activities in favor of or against election candidates using governmental resources are prohibited, and executive bodies must take necessary precautions in this regard and appropriately deal with potential offenders.
