The representative of people from Azna in the parliament said that various committees have been formed to review the bill on preventing harm to women.
Fatemeh Mohammad Beigi, in today’s public session on Monday, 9 Ordibehesht, in the parliament during the review of the Social Commission report on the bill for preventing harm to women and enhancing their security against misconduct, said, ‘Unfortunately, what we see is that the document 2030 is behind the scenes of this law, despite our repeated requests to address the shortcomings, they have not been addressed.’
According to this report, Hossein Goodarzi defended this bill by stating that it was sent to the Qom Research Center of the parliament and various committees were formed to review it. Even feedback was sought from the Vice Presidency for Women and various departments of the government and the judiciary regarding this bill. Therefore, this misconception should not be created.
