According to reports from some Iranian media, Ali Raeisalsadati, Ibrahim Raeisi’s brother, could not run for the presidential election due to not meeting the necessary requirements.

It has been said that he showed up on the last day of registration at the Ministry of Interior on June 4th, but was unsuccessful in registering. Images of his presence at the ministry have been published in the media.

Media outlets have reported that apparently he did not meet the necessary conditions for registration.

Tuesday, June 4th was the last day of registration for presidential candidates in the fourteenth round of Iran’s presidential election, and a total of 80 people successfully registered at the Ministry of Interior over five days.
