If the barrier of hijab and chastity is broken, no one will stand up against oppression and tyranny anymore.
The Chief Commander of Iran’s Law Enforcement on Friday, 7th of Ordibehesht, in a ceremony attended by members and staff of the seminary in Qom, referred to the civil struggle of Iranian women against compulsory hijab as a result of enemy planning, and said if the barrier of hijab and chastity is broken, no one will stand up against oppression and tyranny anymore.
Ahmadreza Radan did not explain the connection between compulsory hijab and oppression and tyranny, but he warned that failure in this area, which he referred to as the barrier, will lead to confusion and doubt.
Despite the start of the hijab and chastity plan from the last week of Farvardin and the widespread deployment of government forces in urban areas, reports indicate that many protesting women are still appearing in public places without compulsory hijab.
