If Russia receives long-range missiles from the US, we will expand the Hail region.

The Kremlin announced on Thursday that if Kyiv acquires the advanced guided missile system known as ATACM from the United States, Russia will push Ukrainian forces further back to expand what it desires in the Hail region.

The White House had announced last October that a type of advanced guided missile system was provided to Kyiv, capable of targeting objectives up to 165 kilometers away.

However, the new package, ready for delivery to Ukraine after approval of aid in Congress, includes a more advanced system with a range of over 300 kilometers.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Tuesday that the country will receive advanced long-range missile systems and expressed gratitude to Washington for this purpose.
