Iran’s oil minister mentioned that in the past year, Iran’s oil exports exceeded $35 billion. The Minister of Oil of the Islamic Republic also stated that from September 2021 until now, 60% has been added to the country’s oil production, and 54 million cubic meters have been added to gas production.
According to ILNA, Javad Owji stated at the opening ceremony of the twenty-eighth International Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Refining Exhibition that 50 million cubic meters have been added to refining capacity, 220,000 barrels to processing capacity, and 10 million tons to petrochemical products capacity.
Owji announced the $35 billion oil exports of Iran in the past year and mentioned that despite sanctions and efforts to seize oil tankers, a gas pipeline explosion, and two cyberattacks aimed at provoking the people, we reached this export figure.
According to the Minister of Oil of the Islamic Republic, in the recent two and a half years, significant events have occurred in Iran’s oil industry, relying on domestic knowledge-based companies.
