Judiciary Power: Mobile Musavi Failed to Fulfill 336 Billion Tomans of Its Commitments

The judiciary has not been able to fulfill 336 billion tomans of its commitments in the Mobile Mosavi case.

A judiciary spokesperson explained the latest status of the sponsorship case of Esteghlal Football Club.

Asghar Jahangir, the judiciary spokesperson, stated that the Mobile Mosavi sponsorship case was formed in Mazandaran province. A mobile phone store advertised phones and accessories at prices lower than the market value, attracting customers both physically and virtually, and received 688 billion tomans from customers.

He continued that out of this amount received, 352 billion tomans have been used to fulfill commitments, but 336 billion tomans of commitments could not be met. In this regard, 518 complaints have been filed against him until June 6th. The main suspect has been arrested on charges of disrupting the economic system, and the case is in the preliminary investigation stage.
