Larijani: We will accept negotiations if a fair proposal is made

Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, wrote on the social network X that the claim that Iran refuses to negotiate is a lie.

He emphasized that we were negotiating when you launched a military attack on us.

Larijani added that if a reasonable and fair proposal is made that preserves the interests of the Islamic Republic, Tehran will accept it.

This is while U.S. officials have so far shown no inclination to negotiate with the Islamic Republic.
