Mahmoud Vaezi has a confidential letter rejecting Rouhani’s qualification.
Mahmoud Vaezi said there is no way for transformation and reform to happen in the country and for people to be freed from the current situation they are grappling with in the fields of foreign and domestic policy, economy, and livelihood other than the ballot box.
He further stated that the letter from the Guardian Council rejecting Rouhani’s qualification is confidential, and we should coordinate with the Guardian Council, obtain permission for publication, and then release the letter. We never expected figures like Dr. Rouhani, Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mr. Larijani, Mr. Jahangiri, and similar personalities to be disqualified. We know these individuals as those who have dedicated their entire lives and youth to this system and revolution, even when they rejected Dr. Larijani and the reasons were announced, one of the accusations was that he was associated with the government.
