20 Chinese influencers visited Iran with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage of Iran

The Ministry of Cultural Heritage of Iran announced that 20 Chinese influencers have traveled to Iran.

Masoumeh Shojaei, the head of the Office of Marketing and Development of Foreign Tourism at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Iran, stated that 20 Chinese influencers, who on average have more than 3 million followers on social networks such as TikTok, Red, and Weibo, have traveled to Iran to create content.

She mentioned that this initiative is being carried out through organizing four familiarization tours under the project named ‘Hello Iran’.

According to ISNA, Mr. Shojaei described the ‘Hello Iran’ project as having four themes: nature and climatic diversity, historical and cultural heritage, the Silk Road, and cuisine, with plans for Chinese influencers in 12 provinces of Iran.

He stated that the first group of these influencers, focusing on climatic diversity and nature, will visit Tehran, Hormozgan, and Kerman provinces from February 14 to February 22, producing content for over 60 million followers.

Mr. Shojaei added that the second group visited Kashan, Isfahan, Yazd, Meybod, Shiraz, and Tehran on March 24.
