Mohsen Rezaei also added that the consensus of the revolutionary movement is a national necessity for efficiency and acceleration in the country’s progress after the elections.

In response to claims about the presence of shadow candidates in the presidential elections, he said that the label of a shadow candidate is designed to prevent consensus for the people with media pressure. Anyone who, for the sake of religious and intellectual authority and out of respect for the people, steps aside from competition is sacrificing, and the people appreciate this honesty and sacrifice.
