Saeed Gholamian and Ali Moslehi's lawyer sentenced to more than 6 years in prison

Saeed Gholamian, lawyer of Ali Moslehi, has been sentenced to more than 6 years in prison.

Ali Moslehi’s lawyer, a journalist from Kashan, announced the sentencing of his client to over six years in prison in two separate cases.

Saeed Gholamian wrote on his X network account that the Kashan Revolutionary Court has sentenced Mr. Moslehi to 15 months and one day in prison for insulting the leadership, and to 7 months and one day for anti-regime propaganda.

According to him, Mr. Moslehi has also been sentenced by Kashan Criminal Court 2 to 3 years and one month for insulting sanctities, and to 1 year and 3 months for spreading lies.

The verdict, as Mr. Gholamian stated, is suspended for five years.

Ali Moslehi was detained by security forces in Kashan on the twenty-ninth of Tir month, and was transferred from the Kashan Intelligence Detention Center to the city’s prison in the month of Mordad this year. He was released from Kashan prison in Mehr month after depositing a one billion Tomans bail.
