Sardoui, a member of the government’s agricultural commission, wants to keep the dollar price between 65,000 to 75,000 tomans.
Zabihollah Izadpanah Sardoui, a member of the parliament’s agricultural commission, said the reality is that the government must intervene and control it in the current situation. There is a common issue among the people that whenever the budget falls short, the government is happy about the rise in the dollar because they sell it and pay off their debts.
This member of the agricultural commission, referring to the country’s economic situation, said I mentioned that the dollar could reach 100,000 tomans in the worst-case scenario, but I also said it could reach 80,000 tomans, which conditions are approaching. Although the government is trying to keep the dollar between 65,000 to 75,000 tomans, international events may sometimes occur, or Donald Trump may intervene again and influence the exchange rate. In a pessimistic scenario, the dollar could reach 100,000 tomans, but if the government manages it, it could be between 60,000 to 80,000 tomans.
