The Election Headquarters has Experienced the Lowest Number of Violations in Advertising in this Period

The Election Headquarters has reported the lowest number of violations in advertising for this period.

With one day left until the parliamentary and Assembly of Experts elections in Iran, the deadline for candidates’ advertising has ended.

Tomorrow, Friday, the 11th of Esfand, the parliamentary and Assembly of Experts elections will be held across Iran from 8 AM Tehran time, but polls indicate that people are not inclined to participate in the elections.

These are the first elections after the nationwide protests of the Women’s Freedom Movement.

More than 15,200 candidates have been approved for the parliamentary elections, and 144 candidates for the sixth term of the Assembly of Experts elections.

The Reformists Coalition in Iran stated in their announcements that they cannot participate in an election that is devoid of meaning, non-competitive, unfair, and ineffective in governing the country, as they do not have any candidates left to nominate.

Mohsen Islami, the spokesperson for the Iranian Election Headquarters, praised the candidates and their supporters, stating that the least number of violations have occurred in this period, and no violation cases have been processed in judicial authorities.
