A former senator has come to the aid of Senate candidates.

Kamala Harris now dominates the American political campaign scene, and Trump is seriously trying to make endless headlines out of it.

But the reality is that the election landscape has changed, and a key aspect of this change is a significant improvement in the position of Harris’ fellow party candidates for congressional elections, particularly in the highly sensitive and competitive Senate races.

Democrats were already ahead in maintaining their majority in the Senate, and they still are.

However, the three Senate seats that Democrats held in deeply red states are at stake.

West Virginia is a state where the job is practically done for Republicans, and Democrats have no way to hold onto their seat there.

Ohio and Montana have two Democratic senators defending their seats in this cycle.

These two senators are trying to maintain the support of their states’ people by keeping a distance in their narratives and campaigns from Biden and Harris and showing their moderation and independence from the Democratic discourse.

Senator Brown from Ohio and Senator Tester from Montana will have a tough job ahead, which is not impossible but very challenging.

These two will not even be present at the Democratic convention in Chicago to maintain distance from the party.

Interestingly, there is another senator who is afraid of being seen alongside Democrats at the convention, Senator Jackie Rosen from Nevada. Recent news may make her somewhat hesitant.

A poll by the prominent Cook Political Report was released, and its news was interesting for Democratic candidates in the Senate race.

This poll was conducted in key states of the presidential election, and interestingly, Senate races are also held in five out of the seven key states. The situation of Democratic candidates is good in all these states, and except for Wisconsin, their situation has improved in all states compared to the Biden era. Harris, who was a senator from California before becoming Vice President, has clearly taken the lead among Democratic Senate candidates.

Even in hypothetical elections in Georgia and North Carolina, where there is no Senate race, respondents have turned towards Democrats.
