A Media Outlet Close to the Islamic Republic’s IRGC Doesn’t Tolerate Corruption

The press organ close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps does not tolerate corruption.

The Javan newspaper wrote that with the publication of the investigation report on Mobarakeh Steel, some have once again raised the old suspicion of systemic corruption in the country.

Every time news is heard about the discovery and handling of an economic corruption case in the country, claims are made about systemic corruption in the country, which seem to stem from confusion and a mistaken perception of lexical proximity.

If the system were corrupt, it would turn a blind eye to these corruptions just to keep foreign media’s jabs and sarcasm at bay and quietly put an end to it. However, the Islamic system accepted the cost of enemy taunts and reproach because it cannot come to terms with the occurrence of corruption in the country and does not tolerate it.

The fact that corruption involving some close relatives of the highest officials in the country, such as the former president’s brother and his deputy’s brother, was uncovered and addressed, and even sometimes officials at the level of vice president were prosecuted, is also clear evidence proving that corruption is not systemic in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
