A Russian citizen was arrested in France for incitement during the days of the Olympics.
Simultaneous with the ban on Russia’s participation in the Olympics, there are multiple reports of Russia’s role in spreading false information, cyber attacks, and even planning a suicide attack in Paris. In the latest development, a Russian citizen has been arrested in France for incitement during the days of the Olympics.
Kirill Gryaznov, 40, who was detained by security forces at his home in central Paris on Monday, was born in Perm and after graduating in law from a university in Moscow, he settled in the city and worked in financial companies.
Fourteen years ago, he went to France, attended a cooking school, and was hired as a chef at a restaurant in Courchevel, which was previously the most popular winter resort for Russian oligarchs.
A year later, he returned to Moscow and wrote to his former landlord in Paris that he was a Russian government employee.
Apparently, during this time, Kirill Gryaznov attracted the attention of the Russian Security Service.
