A training aircraft disappeared from the radar around Karaj.

IRNA news agency reports that a fleet of training aircraft with two occupants in Savojbolagh, Alborz province, disappeared from the air traffic control radar screen this afternoon.

The governor of Savojbolagh said that this aircraft took off today at 12:45 local time, but did not respond to control tower calls after 2 hours.

Reports do not specify where this training aircraft is suspended.

The director of the Red Crescent Society of Alborz province said that 6 operational teams and one search and rescue dog team have been dispatched to the area.
