French news agency: Trump insists on dismantling Iran’s nuclear program

An Israeli official told the French news agency that Donald Trump emphasized in talks with Benjamin Netanyahu that he will only sign an agreement with Iran if the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program is completely dismantled.

According to this report, the US President has also demanded the complete removal of enriched uranium from Iranian soil and stated that he will not sign any agreement without these conditions.

Iran had previously announced that the removal of enriched uranium from the country is one of Tehran’s red lines in negotiations.

Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu had a phone conversation on Saturday, and the US President announced after this call that the discussion went very well.

According to the French news agency, the Israeli Prime Minister also respectfully expressed his concerns about a potential agreement with Iran to Trump.
