Ahmad Khatami stated that men’s hijab is to avoid wearing tight clothing or clothes with foreign symbols.

Ahmad Khatami, one of the temporary Friday prayer leaders in Tehran, claimed on Monday that hijab for men is to not wear clothing with foreign symbols or tight clothing.

He added that women should also consider hijab as a blessing.

Last year, Ahmad Khatami also said that many of those without hijab are thieves and embezzlers.
