Ahmadreza Radan threatened the protesters

Ahmadreza Radan, the Chief Commander of the country’s police force, claimed during the introduction session of the new police commander of Sistan and Baluchestan that Ghanbari had been appointed as the temporary police commander of this province.

This is while no prior report about Ghanbari’s mission being temporary had been published.

Radan also threatened that when it comes to security, we certainly do not make exceptions for anyone and we will not allow anyone to cross our red line.

He claimed that public protests hinder the moving train of development.

Such a claim is made while especially the country’s economic conditions have severely worsened in recent months, and for instance, the rapid decline of the Iranian national currency’s value has accelerated.
