Ali Larijani cannot be removed from the office of Iranian politics
The newspaper Donyaye Eghtesad, in an article titled ‘Larijani’s Return to Politics,’ has described Ali Larijani as irremovable from the scene of Iranian politics. In part of this article, it states:
Apparently, Ali Larijani has been holding advisory and expert meetings for some time now on one of the floors of the building of the Supreme Council for Resolving Disputes and Regulating Power Relations, acting as one of the country’s advisory arms. It is said that even in one of these meetings, Mohammad Javad Zarif, the former foreign minister, Rahmani Fazli, and Ali Akbar Salehi were present. It is likely that because he has been seen in this building, the news of his presidency over the Supreme Council for Resolving Disputes and Regulating Power Relations has been raised. Also, some reports suggest that in recent months, he has participated in political gatherings along with Hassan Rouhani, Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, Ali Akbar Nategh Nouri, and Seyyed Mohammad Khatami, and for this reason, some have even speculated about his decision to form a political party.
Although this theory has been denied by Larijani’s close associates so far, in any case, Ali Larijani cannot be removed from the office of Iranian politics.
