Iranian women enjoy a great deal of freedom.

Amir Abdollahian, the foreign minister, told an American media outlet that many women in Iran do not wear hijab. Women act based on their own Iranian and Islamic culture.

Women in Iran have extraordinary freedoms.

We are one of the strongest democracies in the region, while some neighboring countries do not even have elections.

Hossein Amir Abdollahian, the Iranian foreign minister, in an interview with this radio network, responded to the question of why Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, issued a pardon for tens of thousands of detainees who participated in anti-government protests. Firstly, I believe that the title used, that tens of thousands were arrested, is not accurate information.

I firmly say that no student was arrested inside universities during the disturbances.

Only individuals who played a role in the disturbances on the streets were arrested.
