Amir-Abdollahian: The drones shot down in Isfahan have not caused any casualties or damages.

According to ISNA news agency, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Iranian Foreign Minister, stated in New York that the drones shot down in Isfahan have not caused any casualties or damages.

Mr. Amir-Abdollahian was referring to the drones that were reportedly shot down by Isfahan’s air defense.

The Iranian Foreign Minister made these remarks during a meeting with the ambassadors of the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in New York.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian traveled to New York on Thursday to attend a United Nations Security Council meeting.

However, media in Israel, citing military sources, claim that the attack early this morning, April 20, 2024, near Isfahan was carried out with a long-range missile fired by an Israeli jet from a distance.
