Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has expressed her reaction to the recent civilian massacre in Gaza for the second time in a few days.
She posted a picture of the bombing of the Jabalia refugee camp on Instagram, writing that this deliberate bombing is targeting a population that has nowhere to escape.
She added that Gaza, which has been an open-air prison for nearly two decades, is rapidly becoming a mass grave, emphasizing that 40% of the casualties are innocent children.
She pointed out that millions of Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and families, are collectively punished and subjected to inhumane treatment.
Ms. Jolie added that all of this is happening while they are deprived of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid, contrary to international laws.
She stressed that world leaders are complicit in these crimes by refusing to demand a humanitarian ceasefire and by obstructing the imposition of a ceasefire by the United Nations Security Council.
