Another abandoned infant found in Tehran

The Deputy of Social Affairs of Tehran Province’s Welfare Organization reported the abandonment of an infant near Ameneh Nursery.

Yesterday, an infant with a disability was abandoned in front of the Ameneh Nursery. According to Fatemeh Arzanian, the Deputy of Social Affairs of Tehran Province’s Welfare Organization, there was a note with the infant stating that the parents are unable to take care of him.
