Araqchi discussed the future of the Strait of Hormuz with Oman

Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, announced a phone conversation with Badr Al-Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, describing it as very constructive.

He stated that during this call, Iran’s solidarity with Oman against any threats was emphasized.

Araqchi also announced that both parties have discussed the Strait of Hormuz and how to manage its future within the framework of sovereign responsibilities and international law.

The Iranian Foreign Minister added that Tehran welcomes consultation and dialogue with all neighboring countries on this matter.
