Astronomical Housing Prices in Northern Tehran

According to advertisements published online about housing prices in northern Tehran, in some areas, the price of housing has reached over one billion Tomans per square meter.

In this regard, a report by the Khabaronline website, published on Friday, February 24, indicates that the full rent for a 200-square-meter house in the Elahiyeh neighborhood of Tehran has reached four billion Tomans.

Also, on social media, an advertisement for a 470-square-meter house in the Zafaraniyeh neighborhood of Tehran has been published with a price of 650 billion Tomans, meaning more than 1.3 billion Tomans per square meter.
