At least five officers were killed in an attack by Jaish al-Adl in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
Iranian news agencies reported clashes between law enforcement officers and Jaish al-Adl militants in the city of Sib and Suran in Sistan and Baluchestan province, resulting in the deaths of at least five officers.
The state-run IRNA news agency announced on Tuesday, April 10, that in addition to the killing of 5 law enforcement officers, several others were wounded in the clash, and Jaish al-Adl claimed responsibility for the attack.
The Telegram channel of the Baloch and Halvesh Activists Campaign also reported that five Iranian military personnel were killed in a shootout with armed individuals from Jaish al-Adl targeting three military vehicles in Sib and Suran, while three others were injured.
The Tasnim news agency, close to the Revolutionary Guards, has reported that the number of casualties among law enforcement personnel in this attack is six.
