CEO of Atieh Saba Without Signature, Without Validity
According to exclusive news received by Iran Gate News Agency, the signature of the CEO of Atieh Saba has been declared illegal. The commitment and signature of the CEOs of Atieh Saba and Iran Dairy Industries are legally flawed. This is part of the auditor’s letter from the Court of Audit to the National Retirement Fund. Previously, the Court of Audit had objected to the improper procedure of appointing the CEOs of these two companies in two letters to the Minister of Labor. Currently, Ahmad Bazli is the CEO of Atieh Saba, about whom the supervisory body had previously reported some legal issues in his appointment. This case is still open.
