Babak Zanjani: Gold Import is Not Prohibited and We Imported One Ton of Gold into the Country

Babak Zanjani: Importing gold is not prohibited, and we have brought one ton of gold into the country.

Since yesterday, when I announced my intention to expose the corruption within the Central Bank team, all opposing networks funded by public money have mobilized against me to silence this voice.

Reports indicate that 13 kilograms of imported gold bars have been seized at Imam Khomeini Airport customs on charges of smuggling and handed over to the Organization for Seized Properties for legal proceedings. The reason for the seizure is stated to be the unclear origin of the currency.

Published images of these gold bars show that the name of the company Dot One, attributed to Babak Zanjani, is engraved on them.

Currently, the owner of the importing company is released on bail, but the case has been sent to the judiciary for investigation into the charge of complicity in smuggling.
