Deputy Battle
Now that Valz’s team has been chosen as Harris’ deputy, his rival is Vice President Pence’s chosen deputy, John Venz.
During the days of Harris and Valz’s major travels to key states in the US election, Trump’s campaign will hold parallel meetings in cities hosting Democratic meetings. Valz, at the Pennsylvania meeting where he was introduced as Harris’ deputy, directly and ruthlessly attacked Pence and made an interesting joke based on an unconfirmed rumor about him, which was a clear reference to that rumor and excited the numerous supporters present at the meeting. In his first attacks on Valz, Pence referred to Valz’s long and illustrious history in the National Guard and accused him of leaving the National Guard at the exact time his comrades were deployed to Iraq.
Valz’s response is also clear, as he and the National Guard forces were deployed to Italy, and it was in 2005 upon their return that he left the National Guard to start his political life and candidacy for Congress.
Although his fellow soldiers are upset about him abandoning the National Guard, they have not confirmed Vance’s claim. The attacks by Republicans on Walz are based on his liberal policies and progressivism in Minnesota governorship, which makes his list of actions and achievements appealing to many Americans. These attacks will not be very effective.
Vance has never been able to create much appeal, and his harsh criticism of childless individuals and his severe insults to these individuals have made the situation difficult for Trump’s campaign. Walz is not a very well-known figure.
His life details have numerous dimensions, and certainly, many points will be found to attack him.
In these circumstances, the days are exciting and vibrant, and the Harris campaign has received nearly forty million dollars in public donations within twenty-four hours of Walz’s introduction from supporters.
