Broadcasting advertisements in TV series and movies on domestic networks is illegal

Airing advertisements during TV series and movies on domestic television is illegal.

Recently, viewers of domestic television are complaining about the broadcast of commercials during the airing of various works. Viewers rightfully question this practice because one of the benefits of subscribing to foreign programs is watching movies and series without commercial ads. This means that as a viewer, if you intend to watch content for free, you must see advertisements. However, if you have purchased a subscription to access the content, you should not be shown any ads.

Furthermore, many domestically produced works on television have financial supporters, and their costs are generally covered in advance.

This approach and standard practice are observed worldwide, where programs adhere to it. According to Article 38 of the Commercial Communications Regulations, displaying any advertisements on premium accounts is prohibited. It seems that the lack of legal oversight has sharpened their appetite for making billions in profit and prioritizing money over the audience’s sensibilities.
