The CEO of the Livestock Farmers Union: One hundred thousand kilos of unsafe meat is unresolved in Rasht

Mojtaba Ali, the CEO of the Central Union of Iranian Livestock Farmers, said in an interview with Eghtesad120 on Monday, September 21, that 100,000 kilograms of imported meat from Mongolia, which was returned by Iraq due to being of poor quality and unsafe, is now stuck in Rasht.

Emphasizing that public health cannot be compromised, he called on the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad to explain why this unsafe shipment was imported into Iran and what its fate will be.
