Charles III officially became the king of Britain

The Accession Council of Britain today held a ceremony at St. James’s Palace in London, officially introducing Charles III as the new king and ruler.

Among those present were Prince William, the new Crown Prince of Britain, Camilla, the new king’s wife, Liz Truss, the Prime Minister of Britain, and Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury. A number of former British Prime Ministers were also in attendance.
