Nashr Cheshmeh announced that the unveiling ceremony for the 17-volume collection ‘The Angry Thunderous Cries,’ which includes unpublished writings by Ahmad Shamlou and was supposed to be held on Thursday at Cheshmeh Alborz Bookstore in Karaj, has been canceled.

This publisher wrote on its Instagram page, without providing an explanation for this decision, ‘We were supposed to unveil today, but they didn’t let it happen.’ Also, the poster for this event stated, ‘Today’s ceremony was canceled according to officials.’

Nashr Cheshmeh has not released further details about the reason for the cancellation or the decision-making authority.
