Chinese diplomat in Russia says our relations with Moscow are as solid as a rock
Wang Yi, China’s senior diplomat who is in Moscow to speak with Sergei Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, says the relations between the two countries are as solid as a rock.
Mr. Wang made these remarks during a meeting with Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
He said that the two sides discussed their willingness to counter all forms of bullying.
On Tuesday, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg reiterated U.S. concerns that China could supply Russia with weapons in the war against Ukraine.
Mr. Wang is scheduled to meet with Sergei Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, on Wednesday.
