Circular from the Attorney General on Nationwide Protest Detainees
The Attorney General has issued a circular emphasizing that individuals who have no criminal record and whose files lack documents, evidence, eyewitness reports, or reports from law enforcement, intelligence, and security officers, or any reassuring indications, and where the expert committee has concluded that they had no role in the nationwide protests, should be released with appropriate guidance and instructions.
