Why do you condemn the period of decline and strike the FATF stone to your chest?

Kayhan newspaper became angry over Mohammad Sadr’s statements about the necessity of approving FATF in the Expediency Council and the likelihood of the Supreme Leader’s support for its approval, and wrote

Some reformists’ closed-eye and closed-ear defense of the necessity of unilateral cooperation with FATF is while despite the absolute cooperation of the previous government in implementing 37 out of 41 items of the FATF action plan, it was self-sanctioning and surrendering the ways to bypass the sanctions to the enemy. Not only did the sanctions not decrease, but their number increased. For this reason, when the country’s high-ranking officials asked Mr. Zarif if he guarantees that the sanctions will be lifted by implementing the remaining four commitments, he replied that there is no guarantee.

With these circumstances, and while the West insists on kicking fresh kicks to the JCPOA’s corpse every day, some reformist claimants do not explain based on which new event and change they have fallen into decline again and strike the FATF stone to their chest.
